Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous to health. Please drink responsibly.

The products offered are those listed on the site at the time of
consultation, within the limits of available stock.
Wines are living products from limited harvests, and the
vintages and available quantities may change. In case of unavailability
noted after the order, the customer will be informed without delay and refunded
in full within fourteen days.
Photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and do not
have contractual value regarding the appearance of labels or vintages, which may change.
Article 5 — Prices
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, with French VAT at 20%.
Delivery charges are indicated separately before the final validation

following receipt (Article L. 133-3 of the Commercial Code), with a copy
sent to the Domain.
General reservations such as "subject to unpacking" have no
legal value.
Any breakage must be reported to the Domain as soon as possible,
accompanied by photographs of the package and the bottles.

The products must be returned in their original condition, complete and
unopened, within fourteen days of notification. Return shipping costs are
the responsibility of the customer. Opened, partially consumed, or
damaged bottles cannot be refunded.
Refunds occur within fourteen days following the recovery
